Rose Lane Disc Golf Course

The Stephens Co. Parks & Recreation Dept is home to the # 1 rated disc golf course in the state of Georgia.   It is also ranked 15th nationally.  Our 24 hole course hosts 4 PDGA (Professional Disc Golf Association) sanctioned tournaments each year, such as the Georgia State Championships, and the Stephens County PRO/AM or (S.Co.P.A.) which brings players to Toccoa from numerous states to compete.   Monthly tournaments like the Border Wars played between clubs & players of South Carolina & Georgia and the Rose Lane Safari are smaller & more local events.

Friday Night Doubles is played and organized by the large local Disc Golf group known as the Toccoa Pack or “Wolf Pack”.

Disc Golf is a lifetime sport for all ages.  The Rose Lane Course is open for recreational playing during park hours, with exception to a scheduled disc golf tournament.  The course is about 1.5 miles thru the outer perimeter of the park.  It has a variety of difficulty shots through tree lines and it promises a fun terrain, and a clean park.  Concrete Tee Pads, score cards with course maps on the back, marked long pin & short pin holes, sponsored distance & par signs as well as INOVA Disc Golf products are all a part of the Rose Lane Disc Golf experience!  Experience this for your self at “YOUR” Stephens County Recreation Department.
